It reads the solicitation first (PDF, DOCX, TXT, XLSX or PPTX), then drafts each section from your company's records and checks it against the requirements. It never invents facts about your company; it asks you for them. We walk through the whole process in a live demo.
Your company shares one pool of credits, and your first company gets 50 free credits that last 14 days. Paid plans add a new allowance each month, and unused monthly credits don't carry over. Credits are set aside when AI work starts and only used if it succeeds. If it fails, you get them back, and if a notice has nothing to propose against, BidManager stops before charging you. Reading the solicitation, the quick Bid Fit score and quality checks are free.

Yes. Paste the link to a listing on a government bid website (.gov, .mil, .us) or an approved portal, and BidManager fills in the details. You can also upload the solicitation files and let BidManager read the details from them, or save a bid website to add opportunities to later.
Proposal Studio is where your team edits, reviews and approves a proposal, with comments, version history and export to Word (.docx).
BidManager pulls the requirements out of every solicitation and shows whether your proposal answers each one. Before you submit, a quality check tells you whether the proposal is ready and what is in the way.
Yes. Upload the buyer's Q&A document (PDF, Word, Excel or text) and BidManager extracts each question and answer for that opportunity. You can also add, edit or copy entries yourself.
It uses your capability statement and the company records you keep in BidManager, such as past performance, key personnel and certifications. The AI cites these records when it writes, and Bid Fit checks them against each opportunity before you decide to bid.
There are two roles. Admins manage the company, the team, billing and records. Members do the day-to-day work, and an admin can give a Member extra access.
